banshee 2 carbs VS. 1 which is better?
My brother used to own a Banshee with a the Trinity One carb set up,and a 2 into 1 Dyno port pipe. I had a banshee that had modified stock carbs and Toomey T5's. Mine had alittle better top end, but his had the BEST power curve!!! it was like riding a 250R but with a better topend punch. His was definatley easier to ride, cause the toomeys have such a Small power band(like a light switch).
Again these two Banshee's were pretty much stock, but they both were tuned well.
Bigger.

I think the twin carbs are the way to go. A motor wants a real short intake track for better signal. Don't confuse power from reed spacers with a longer track, thats a different issue. I think that the reason that twin carb banshees are top end only is simply because people use way too big of carbs. When guys use a single carb, aren't they using like a 33mm or similar? Thats (about) like using two 24mm carbs. Who does that on a banshee? Two small carbs will have good throttle responce and less of a hit, more trailable. Two big ones will obviousely flow more air for racing. I say, two small carbs for trail use and two bigger carbs for racing. Either way, TWO CARBS!
