Just Got off the phone with K&T they said send it in and they would see what they could do. However they have a 2 month wating list I may try and call some of the others builders Maby it was just me but I kinda got a bad impression on the guys at K&T It took 3 days for me to get ahold of them then they kinda acted like they kinda had a bad attitude like they had better things to do other than take my 550 for port work sell me a new head with domes plus a new piston kit. LMAO O well Thanks for the info guys

I see that a lot. We've done a lot of business with Kim. Its just in his voice though. He doesnt mean anything by it, and there isnt any subliminal messages he is trying to convey to you.

Its ok, you can go to a different builder. The slower you are the better it is for me

Picture a guy walking around a shop (w/ a portable phone in his ear) w/ all sorts of work, only a few hands to do it - that's K&T. When we were running my YFZs on their dyno, he was on the phone non-stop. They have a lot of work and IMO like to do the work more than talk on the phone if that make sense. You can talk to 'em all day, but get your machine/motor in there/in line and **** starts to happen.

I'd certainly trust & want them to do my motor work if I had a shee without a moments hesitation.

I kinda got the same impression when speaking over the phone. Once I actually showed up, he, his boy and the other fella were very easy to work w/. In fact, they sorta treat you like they've known you forever.

If you want to see the K&T Crankenstein video I am the creator of it. I have two different one's. It's not your everyday quad, but the hill it goes up at that speed it just insane or you can go to www.dunereview.com and see it under the videos section way down at the bottom of the page under "Readers Submitted Videos".......Kim's son Randy is the rider....
