Default Drag race porting

Ok heres the story I am building another big banshee engine this time for strictly drag racing. The 520 in my post was created for circle track racing so the power delivery is verry somooth and well is not really all that competitave in drags against other big banshee's. I came across some cylinders that some one has started porting on but got into the water jacket and quit. Trinity did all the machine work to accept the 10mm stroker crank but some one else started the porting work. My question is Who would be able to finish porting the cylinders and give me the best possable drag preformance. Also would most engine builders shy away from cylinders that some one had already ported on.

lol stay away from trinity. They are probably the ones who cut into the jackets!!! lmao jk. K&T, A&S, D&M, or packard for the cylinder work. Mike hair doesnt do the greatest port work, but is pretty good with his pipes.

I doubt most people will touch them already ported. Possibly if you buy a tripple port where they have to weld anyways.

almost any builder will report an engine. If they cant do a better job on it, or if its all hacked up they'll just send it back. If they can report it they will. Trust me, builders like money too.

Builders also like to sell you all new parts. I know A&S always wants any unported banshee cylinders I have for sale, nothing ported. Keep in mind this is already machined for a ten mill stroker.
