i have a lt250r 1990 and its equipped with a 34mm mikuni carb, fmf gold series pipe and Uni filter. If i change the carb for a 38mm keihin flat side would it make a big difference? Or if you want to suggest me something better to have more power then go ahead!

i have a fmf fatty pipe into a shorty DG silencer which makes a great combo. reminiscent of a 250 dirt bike. I also have an fmf ram valve with a new wiseco piston bored .040 over. Runs great. I have the stock 34 mm too. I've heard that even just a 36 improves throttle response greatly without overincreasing fuel consumption.
