Hi Guys after removing my air box cover the engine stalls at 1/2 throttle or more.
I jetted up from 155 to 165 and it is still stalling, raised needle one groove and 1/2 more pilot screw. Runs great with air box cover on now in 5F weather but I think the top end could use a air box larger inlet pipe and some carb work. Who has the experience I'm looking for? do the power kits include all the jets or just a main And air filter.
Looking for a little more oomph runs even with a 500 H.O. 01 not cool

 

800 air intake,& of course a heel clicker clutch kit. Mine has a lot more oooomph on low end w/o sacfificing top-end! Just ordered a .30 flywheel key from Black Magic (advances timing) You have to do a lil filing on key more details over at ATVSQUAD about this mod.
