Its common knowledge that boost bottles are useless unless you are using a 34 pj carb or a twin cylinder motor. Do you even know what the function of a boost bottle is?

 

In simple terms it smoothens the curve of the power band. Generally they are designed for twin cylindered motors, but singles run them as well.

Oh, silly me, its common knowledge that the boost bottles were designed for pj's only. Man...what are all the other people thinking! So smart guy, what is the difference between a pj and a pwk? or a pwm? have you checked out the pe carb? i find it hard to believe only the boost bottle works on the pj only which is 15 year old technology. what about a lectron or a mikuni? what are you feelings on the megatrons? Come on carb man...lets hear this.

Are you aware the trx carb is a 34 pj? Man...i guess with your reasoning this should work perfect! GET THE BOOST BOTTLES ON YOUR HONDA'S BOYS! The boost bottles only work on this one carb out of a 100. Must be one hell of a carb eh?

ok thank you for correcting me. Boost bottles will work on all poorly designed carbs with venting problems, not just the pj. But why would you put a boost bottle on a pwk? Wasn't it redesigned to resolve the venting problem or did keihin just make false claims to put your boost buddies out of business. Could you please post a dyno graph with a pwk carb on a single cylinder, I would like to see these extreme increases.

never said the increases were huge, just that it smoothens delivery. I guess you missed that part too though
