i can find a cheaper way to get 10HP
5 gallons of gas will last you ~5 hours if youre riding hard and youve got a tricked out machine...if youre lucky.
new piston and cam kit would be more effective in the long run.
But, if you're serious about racing and you need the extra pop quick...then i suppose itd be the right choice.

Nutec has been around for years. It is just an oxygenated fuel which can boost HP by about 8-10% and in some cases more. VP Racing also has oxygenated fuels with different Octane ratings too for different setups. VP Racing has MR1 and MR9 that are excellent. They also have Ultimate 4 rated at 92 octane that is the least expensive of their inventory and I have seen 4% increase on a 155hp GSXR1000. Also Ultimate 4 is the only one you can keep in your tank for awhile without fear of o-rings, gaskets, and other rubber components from deteriating. Nutec 5, MR9, MR1 will really clean out your fuel system but will need to be flushed out with regular fuel asap. All of these are leaded, so if you have oxy sensors they will foul up prematurely.
One thing they all share is..........they all stink like hell. Trust me, once you get it in the tank and you park your bike in the garage it will find it's way into the house....guaranteed!!!!
I've used them all and find that the MR9 is best for the cost. Even though you will spend about $60-75 for 5 gallons....

Cheaper to make your own. Mix around 10% methanol in your favorite gas. You can go up to 15% when it is hot, but not much more than that or you will get into a faze separation deal on cold days. Like all Ox fuels, you will have to jet up if you have a carb. Injection need not apply the puter will do the work for you.
One word of warning: Alky is hard on rubber over a long period (years). So keep an eye on your fuel lines.
