New bolt on cilinder for the 250r
Hpd has a kit for the polaris 400. it takes it to a 416 and is powervalved. it produces 85 plus HP at the crank. I guess a powervalved 500 should be able to make 100 HP at the crank pretty easy.
I believe you can bolt the cylinder and top end from the polaris 400 on the 250R bottom end with a little fabbing. So I guess you can probably use the HPD kit if you wanted.

hello? all you do is add weight to the balancer and it wont vibrate, and hows your back after a day of riding your banshee? 250r's do not vibrate at all. its so little that you wouldnt beleive it, ive owned a banshee and i got rid of that thing as quick as i could and bought an R, plus something will break on the banshee while us guys on the R's will be gone

93mm piston, weight added to the counterbalancer? Will this thing ever think of reving over 5000rpms? I own a 250r threewheeler that is fitted with a 91CR topend. You are talking about a whole different world when you go from 66mm to 93mm piston.
I know it will be torquey by all means, numbers my banshee will never be able to produce. But I don't think it will ever be the banshee killer that the R guys are hoping for. Remember Pollet is also the one that makes the Cheetah cylinders for a banshee. 400cc trinity cheetah motors are 80+hp and thats on gas!
Edit: sorry I reread the previous posts, it is a 95mm piston.
