if i put a 11-1 compression piston and a good cam in my 300ex will i have to run race gas or will 93 octane be ok.

i had a 11-1 piston in my 300ex before isold it for my banshee and the starter could BARELY turn the motor with a new battery. Also it made screaching noises when you started it when it was cold

ouch dont want that! what did u do, did you keep it like that did you get more power?
