FCR41 Alky Jetting On A 465EX
Could someone help me by giving me a good starting point for jetting alky on a FCR41 on a 465EX at 700' above sealevel and temp at lets say 75 degree's? I have numbered drill bits. Information that will get me going is as follows:
Needle size and clip position
Pilot Jet Size
Main Jet Size
Anything else you care to share that will get me up and running will be greatly appreciated. If you don't want to post info here please e-mail me sandragggen@yahoo.com

I spoke with Ken at Kenz Cycle and he gave me a good starting point. He said to start with a .112 emulsion/mainjet, 52 pilot and a OCFBH needle. He did mention that I might have to go down to a .108 emulsion tube and a .098 mj. About a year ago I bought the alky kit from FTZ that did not include any emulsion tubes...I think this is where I was off. I messed with the alky a little bit and could not get it to run good at all. I'm going to attack this alky more aggressivly this time. I know that you offered help sometime back and I may take you up on it if I run into problems. If you want to give those jets to Daren I will make sure you get back the one's I don't use and pay you for the one's I use...if that's OK with you.
