Winter Project 600 in warrior...
#1
After finding this site at the end of last summer and reading posts by the likes of oldsandman etc... I decided to take a old 87 warrior frame and mate it up with a 94 seca 600. I'm still putting finishing touches to plastic placement etc, but rideablity is fine. Mounted a GPS to the handlebars and hit a local long straight dirt road. I must be getting too old as I backed off after passing 93 mph in 5th gear. I have taken it trailriding but find myself in one or two gears most of the time. My gallery should be up shortly in my profile .. thanks again for the tips and pictures of the custom atv's...

nice install man, how much does that engine weigh? that exhaust looks a little ugly though, probably just a tester right? if the engine weighs any more then like 135 you should look into some ohlins or marvin shaw shocks, good luck

The motor was 50 + lbs more than the warrior 350 motor. The exhaust "was" a fzr600 header pipes and what was left of the seca's aftermarket yoshimura collector and muffler. Its a test pipe alright... The rear shock is holding up fine, but I know the fronts need attention.

new-found H/P in a Warrior
always good to see someone else is stuffing a different motor in the o'le Warrior chassis
works just as good as any other, custom rides are more fun anyway.
