Default chain alighnment in motor swap

hey all, im doin a little motor swap in a mojave frame....check it out in my profile pics....and i was wondering how i could line up the chain perfectly.....and how perfect the alighnment has to be. before i weld the mounts in, i want to make sure that the chains not going to fly off all the time. maybe someone here has some experience in motor swaps. thanks...

Default chain alighnment in motor swap

You'll want to take a straight piece of metal, lay it flat across the side of both the axle sprocket, and the motor sprocket. The metal must touch both ends, nearest the teeth(opposite sides) of both sprockets. That's all there is to it!
