Default NEW POWERLID FOR RAPTOR 660 IS IT GOOD???

Im thinking about getting a K+N Powerlid for my raptor 660. Does anyone have one and is it worth it. I know I have to re jet and what do I do about the other hose, I think its a crankcase vent. Does the powerlid have a spot to plug it into or do I have to buy a seperate filter for it too.....

You don't need to have a filter on the crankcase hose. As long as it stays out of the mud its fine. You can drill a hole into your airbox and run it staight in there, or even just hide it under the seat.

From what I have heard about the power lid it isn't to bad. Any increase in air will cause you to re-jet, getting more gas and thus geting more power. If you are riding in real wet, muddy, areas I would advise against it. K&N and water don't seem to get along very well.

Go w/ E.H.S. Racing lid which prohibits water entry.
