Heres the deal, I have a 04 YFZ and im putting CT Sonic graphic kit(BLUE), FMF power up kit, Dubach Racing exaust, Big Bore kit stage one(it will go from a 450 to 480) and a K&N high flow air filter and outer wear. Any other suggestions.

 

who makes the big bore kit??

i saw one of those blue dog race videos of a built YFZ480 against a built YFZ450...the difference wasn't that huge...about 2 bike lengths

 

I'd go with the Yoshimura Titanium exhaust system it only weighs about 4.3 lbs. The ESR exhaust also rocks, haven't heard to much about the Dubach racing exhaust.

 

I cant spend that much on the pipe due to the price of the bore kit, and Max power makes the bore kit http://www.maxpower-engines.com/bb-atv.htm
