Default the project has begun

i have started work on my project TRX250RX, in which i am using my old 87 trx250x frame, and a 265cc r motor. i can't afford an entire 250r, so i decided i'll make one. my 250x chassis already contains a durablue +4 axle. i will add 400ex a-arms, with 400ex front shocks, along with fully adjustable shock mounts designed by me for all different ride heights with easy adjusting. the r motor has a bills pipe, radiator w/dual intercoolers, mikuni 38mm TMX carb, uni air filter w/ outerwear w/o airbox. with those mods, even though the frame is different, it should still handle like a modded 250r, and will have the power of one, seeing as though it is running on an r motor. i have all parts, but still waiting on motor, so it is under way. everypart on the chassis will re-painted, including swing-arm, a-arms, steering stem, hubs, calipers, etc...
so, what r everybody's thoughts on my project quad. i plan to have the all done by early to mid august. think i can do it in that time frame, if starting in a few days?

please post your opinions!!!

This dosen't have much to do with your post, but I know a guy who has a modified 250R motor stuffed into an ATC 90 frame.

SickRider and 400EXRipper, whos atv are you talking about...are u reffering to the 90 with the r motor stuffed into it, or my project quad? also, any input on my project is really appreciated. i already started on the project, all i can do now is wait for my money to come so i can get the 265PV R motor, so i can figure out where all mounts need to go, including radiator placement. i got the whole x frame apart, just need to get the old x motor out, and all the parts related to the motor or front susoension sold. all input, and comments are appreciated. Thanks!

ineedtoride, thanx for the compliments. i'm going to paint the frame a metallic silver, the a-arms will be done black, swing-arm will be done red, the rear brake cal will be black, front brake cals red, steering stem will be chromed, rear hubs will be red, and front hubs will be black. many other parts down to every last detail will be painted in a coresponding color scheme.
