Anyone tried one of these? Looking for more low end grunt and wondered if this would help.

Thanks, for the price it seems to good to be true. They are claiming something like 2hp. I was a bit skeptical.

2 hp is a far cry, but it does help a little.

In your opinion is it worth while? How big of a pain is it to install?

Before I went all out, I had one in there and I would say go ahead, its only $30 and it will help bottom end a little, not peak hp or top end though. Its not hard to put on either and it fits right in the end of the header pipe just out of the cyl. head. Make sure you get a new crush gasket though.

I think I'll try one. I'm just worried the head pipe will be a pain as I've never had it off the machine. Thanks for the input.

I had one on mine, but since I have installed a ported head, I removed it. I can give you a great deal on it, if you like.
