Ok so I am new at the whole 2-stroke thing but have learned a lot lately...

here is my problem. I just rebuilt the Top-end of my banshee it is now bored 30 over, I had 290 main jets and replaced with 310 since I was running super lean... This seems to have been the trick. Any comments ??
Also one cylinder does not seem to be firing the same as the other ? I typically am running at sea level. Plus I notice that one seems to blow a little more smoke then the other...

I think most of this is related to the carbs not being synched or something... One Carb Top is slightly damaged from previous owner trying to use a set of pliers to get it off So I dont think that one is gettng a tight seal...

The carb top not sealing is bad news... I would get a tors removal kit from toomey. Replace those carb tops before you ride other wise you could be doing another topend really soon.

I run the Mikuni 28mm flatslides. They are great. Much better throttle response and bottom end.
