BOMBUSA SPROCKETS?

new to this forum ( from bombardier forum) looking for a stainless rear sprocket for a ds in a 60 tooth? sidewinder and custom sprockets say NO!! anyone else out there can make one?the hayabusa motor is a little tuff on the alum ones. it only takes about 2-3 trips out and the alum one is shot.

Have you tried sprocket specialilists??? I they have a website(www.sprocketspecialists.com but I'm not sure If I'm spelling all of that correctly.) Check em out.

JEFFROE i got some quastions for you. i am considering puting a busa engine in a banshee frame. 1. was the wireing for the fuel injection difficult to install? 2. do you knw where i can find a 530 rear sprocket for a banshee? 3. was it hard lining up the sproket on the engine to the back sproket? 4. are you planning to put a turbo on your bombusa?

Yes Sprocket Specialists carries steel sprockets. Not sure what type of steel though.

gabe @ ace welding in grass valley CA, built the ds. i will consider a turbo when i start getting my butt kicked. this thing is all stock and will run all day without over heating or needing anything more than pump gas to run. with the stock ds suspension (12" of travel) it's a great duner not just a hill shooter.
