I have the same prob with my cr500 quad. I go through them every 2 trips. Hardend alum is not working. Stainless would be great. Wouldnt mind the counters too those last a little longer.

JEFFROE i got some quastions for you. i am considering puting a busa engine in a banshee frame. 1. was the wireing for the fuel injection difficult to install? 2. do you knw where i can find a 530 rear sprocket for a banshee? 3. was it hard lining up the sproket on the engine to the back sproket? 4. are you planning to put a turbo on your bombusa?

gabe @ ace welding in grass valley CA, built the ds. i will consider a turbo when i start getting my butt kicked. this thing is all stock and will run all day without over heating or needing anything more than pump gas to run. with the stock ds suspension (12" of travel) it's a great duner not just a hill shooter.
