Well now that I have my motor all built I still have that lousy Banshee suspension. I have a few questions for anyone that can help me. First I've been looking into steering stabilizers and want to know what one people think is best. Second I want to do new shocks but don't know what to use. I ride mostly in sand and I'm not a go big jumper although I would like to be. I notice dual rate and triple rate shocks are only about 50 bucks different in price is there any reason to go dual rather than triple besides price? Also should I get ones with external cans? Lastly any brand preferred works, pep, ohlins, etc.?
Thanks
Josh

I'd go with a Denton Steering stabilizer. 7-way adjustable without having to remove it. Only about $140. Probably the best for the money. Best bang for the buck would probably be works triple rate. You'll have more spring adjustments with the triple rate to adjust ride height and suspension setup than you would on the duals. I'd definetly get ones with cans. They help to cool the shock oil and give you better performance as the shock heats up. If you can afford it get the cans with compression adjustment in case you want to adjust the compression up as you start to jump more. For more money i'd recommend TCS shocks. They work awesome and are cheaper than Ohlins and Axis. On a budget, Works is about the best you can get.
