I was talking with Jet-Hot coatings, and asked them about ceramic coating a titanium headpipe. They told me they have a higher percentage of problems/recoatings with titanium vs. steel headpipes. I was curious if anyone here has done it, and whether the same benefits apply (ie. cooling, appearence, flow etc.) that you get with the standard steel headpipes? I'm not a scientist so maybe the properties of Titanium are such that ceramic coating is a worthless performance mod, other than enhancing appearence.

 

Why do you have a Ti head pipe?? Where did you get it?? Usually jet coating is used for looks, and for better cooling........maybe a little performance, due to better flow.....

 

There are a number of Ti pipes out on the market. I may just happen to have one...lol. I already have a jet-hot coated steel pipe, and have been happy with the result.
