Default Need profesional Advise on bike setup Please Help

Someone in the know please help. I would like tips for setting up a bike for fast rail riding. Still handle tight on turns. With enough suspension to jump a set of triples bike will not be raced strictly pleasure also on a swing arm why do most mx racers shorten ther swingarm ????And can a sway bar be used and still get full travel on suspension. How do they work. Also i ride a quadzilla that has around 60 hp I love the power I want to build a bike this winter and all tips would be great i am thinking of a lonestar frame and go from there based on your advise..

A short swing arm, 1 puts more weight to the rear end resulting in better traction. 2 shorter wheel base = quicker around turns, better center ballance for jumping. A sway bar will effect you travel. they are for bikes set up to race on flat ground with tight turns= not good for jumping or trail riding. my advive on a lonestrar roller would be a xr650 4-stroke motor. you cant go wrong. Its one of the fastest -4 stroke motors and is very reliable and dependent. This motor wins the baja's all the time. I dont know the hp out pu though. fast trail riding and triples I would go +2 on the arms and resavor shocks, tcs, pep, works, elka ect. rework the stock rear.

be careful on shortening the swingarm, it throws off ur center of gravity and can make the quad wheelie constantly. also, a slightly longer swingarm helps with whoops. when i can afford it i'm adding 1 1/4 in swingarm to my bike.
