Who makes the Best pipe for a 250r

the LRD Team B adjustable is a good pipe for the riding you describe.

 

Yeah, since you ride pretty much everything I would go with an adjustable as well. I have the paul turner type 6 pipe which is mainly an MX pipe. Its a good pipe as well, but if you have adjustable you can make it do whatever you want it too.
