The CBR is amazingly fast especially when you consider it's weight. The VTRs I'm doing should be about 100 to 150lbs lighter. They may not be any faster but should be more agile.
If drag racing is what you really intend to do, I would suggest selling your VTR and when you are ready for a project using what I suggested ealier in the thread, a Yamaha R1 engine swapped into a DS or Raptor frame. It would actually be lighter and have 1/3 more hp.
