over the next year or so, I want to build a "purpose built" drag / pull quad, using my 488 Yam 2 stroke sled motor, & a custom aluminum frame... lets just say, that this will be cutting edge, & ultra light & efficient...

can anyone point me to any regulating agencies rules for pulling, & dragging, so that I can build within these rules, to allow me as much use of my new toy as possible ???
