does anyone know how much this would cost?

I found a nice quad only thing is it says the power isnt as good as it was because they messed around with it. can anyone give me an idea on how much it would be to set the valve timing back to stock settings?

Valve timing can only be changed a few ways on atv engines. All you probably have to do is remove the cam chain and return it to its stock timing. Any degree keys or aftermarket cdi's or modules can be removed.
