spark plug colour

Default spark plug colour

How can you tell if your running lean or rich by looking at the colour of your spark plug? If any one knows, please help. thanks.

Properly jetted is a grey/brown color. Very grey/white is lean. Dark is rich. System isn't however as reliable with unleaded gas.
