so what would be the best tires to put on my raptor it i do alot of gravle road ridding, very little tar(from my house to the ridding area) i ride on a track and through woods also? help please!

You know the stock tires that come on a raptor are radials.... They are like the tires that come on the honda 400ex...... I had a 02 raptor... And the stock tires were the best knobies i have ever ridden on... They are much better than Hole shots or any tire like that....

 

Holeshot XCR.... great tire for anything....

 

k whatz the big differents from holeshot, holeshot xct, and xcr, holeshot mx. is it like the softer and harder or whats the big difference?

 

holeshots or shredders would be great for what you want to do

The difference in the Holeshots the XCR is for Cross Country Racing, XCT is for Cross Country Trails, and the HD is a Heavy duty tire that will put up with much abuse. The racing tire is 4 ply (I think) and is lighter than the rest. The XCT is a six ply, heavier duty for trail riding, and the HD was made for GNCC cross country racing where you don't want a flat to put you out of the race, it is a heavy tire. I have run the XCT with very good luck, I have heard others having problems with lugs getting torn off in gravel but I have not had this problem. This tire gets awsome traction and is pretty durable. I have run Maxxis razrs and they were ok, I have not tried the razrII's though. If you want to spend a lot of money on tires buy the Irazrs. I'm sorry but in my opionion all other tires are inferior

 

i second that i got a pair, wouldent go back to stock
