Let me know if I'm understanding this correctly. You're using a stock bore Yamaha gasket set with your big bore cylinder?

Yes you are correct, I´m using a stock gasket because the store send me that, I didn´t know that I have to change it. I already cut something on to fix better, is there any extra hold or something that I have to cut?

thank you for your help!

The stock yammi gasket is made for 100mm pistons, you have a 105mm piston, so your gasket needs to be openend up in the middle by another 5mm.

What gas you use depends on your compression ratio. You may be able to find a 105mm gasket from Cometic, I'm not sure, but that stock gasket is your problem.

I ordered the .40 over Wiseco piston and ordered the Cometic gasket top end kit. Will the factory one work with just a .40 over?
