Hey, I have done no mods. I want to start looking at filter, pipes and maybe some jetting. I was on the CT racing site and they say they have the biggest baddest pipes. Is this true? They say you can adjust the db by taking out the Discs. I would like loud. I would also like the most power gain. I don't want to spend over $600 though. I like the looks of the Pro Circuit Titanium pipe. I don't really want chrome as I feel it will be hard to take care of and clean. Please advise. Also, I know nothing about jetting. is this hard to do?

 

If you want power CT and Sparks should be your only candidates. The CT is a little cheaper and a little more top end biased, the sparks is more of a midrange powerhouse. CT comes with the disc style arrestor while sparks is availible with disc or open endcap.

 

i will take a look at sparks however, after doing a little research Ct appears to have a very nice product. i will be going with them because they have products for my kids 50 and i will just put the Ct pipes on all my bikes

I used a CT for quite a while on my raptor, I was very happy with it. But Allan wouldnt be my first choice for an engine builder...

 

I've had my CT Pipe for 4 years now, its a superior exhaust. But dont forget Sparks also provides a excellent exhaust also.

 

if u get the ct u prolly have to get an extended grab bar cuz it sticks out the back.

 

If you wont a really good exhaust sys. look into a LTE exhaust. It is true dules all the way from the motor and comes with the jets. Its a little high at 700$ Butt i have a set on mine and i love them and thay look and sound bad a$$. There web page is www.lteracing.com

just looked.... it looks cool but appears to produce about the same amount of power.....
