Does anybody have any experience or opinions of the LRD Banshee piipes, or their porting work?? I'm thinking about having them port and polish my 2000 Banshee, and putting a set of their pipes on. Any opinions at all would be greatly appreciated.

I have a set of their adjustable pipes on my banshee. I love them! The guys at LRD also are a great help at setting it up too! I had CT RACING do motor work. I knew a guy that had a LRD banshee that had head and cylinder mods and it rocked. I know my set up is good. Ive gotten the holeshot in almost all the races I have been in since I got it all dialed in. One thing though! I had LRD send out there jet kit with my pipes and put them in. I noticed that my quad was overheating after just a lap or two. I took out my impellar and it was kinda tweeked, so I ordered another one from LRD. Put it in and same problem. So I called Allen at CT and ask what he thought. Well the 290 mains LRD sent were just too small. I put my 300 mains in and end of problem. There 290 mains may work great for where your at though. I have had Toomey T-5's, and FMF fatty pipes and the LRD just rock. They only glitch is that they do have to be sealed with sealent were the two halves of the pipe come togather, because they WILL leak. Its no biggie though. If you take your time youll never even see it. LATER!
