Need thumb warmer for polaris Quad.Have already went through a couple of the ones that stick on front of throttle push lever.Problem with these is cold weather causes the power supply cord to thumb warmer to crack and break due to throttle action.Any suggestions or info to get one that will last.

I have used a LeMans Pro Series thumb warmer for over two years now and works great. See page 76 of Dennis Kirk 2001 Snowmobile catalog. Part # 39-23 at $12.99.

I used J&B to epoxy it to throttle.

See pictures of my installation at:

I had one of the stick on one's on my trx 300 once and the same thing happened to me until a friend showed me a better way of installing them and it workes much better. Not sure how you ran your wires but the best way is to run your wires up and over and around the back side of the throttle lever so you don't put any tention on the wires. I know this sounds a little confusing but it works much better and I have never had any problems with mine since. Hope this helps.
