comparing carbs, which one is best?
#1
i'm looking into getting a slightly larger carburator to increase the performanceof my quad
i have a '91 lt250r running stock mikuni 34mm.
mods that will affect it that are currently on the quad are: boyesen reeds, FMF pipe & powercore silencer, K&N filter, and a very mild port job(flashing & rough spots polished out)
i plan on adding a Delta V reed block or rad valve(but i'm undecided) and cool head in the near future. but now on to my question, with these mods in mind.
i ride it mostly in dunes.
which carb of the following will render the best performance for my setup & why? are there any difficulties with any of them that makes any others much better & why?
the three common ones i've found are:
keihin oval slide
mikuni round slide
mikuni flat slide
