I was thinking about instaling one of CT's big bore kits on a 88r. I was wondering if they were good for mx racing. I read in Dirt Wheels last August that the 330 had to much power for anyone except a pro to handle on a mx track. Is that true? Also is the 350 as realiable as the 330? If i buy one, it will proably be the 350 because it has 60hp and can hit 88mph with 20in tires and can do over 90 with 22'iner. It can also can stand the bike on it's grab bar in forth easily. I like that speed when i am off the track, since mx isn't the only think i will do. I plan on duning and also some TT racing maybe. I also ride wide trails. So do the engines have too much power for MX and what are you opions on the engine kits?
Thanks

I agree, the 330 or 350 would be a bear to handle on a track. Also the 350 will not bequite as reliable as the 330, but i would not think it will be too bad.

I know a few guys with the 330's and 350's. they are no more of a handfull than a banshee, and actually ride very similar, though not as pipee.
