warrior bore
#3
thanks,
A 2mm over bore on the stock sleeve is 0.080" bore right? which would take me from 3.268" to 3.348" Any help would be appreciated i have to give it to my machine shop guy and tell him how far to bore it.
Also has anyone had trouble with their warrior since boring it out to .080" ? I have heard that they get really hot and dont disapate the heat

If you have to tell the machine shop guy the finish size mabye you should find another machine shop (one that specializes in motor rebuilds) The piston should have come with specs,... piston to cyl. clearance and what part of piston to measure, etc. Give the piston and spec sheet to the person doing the work and they will measure the piston, then bore & hone the cyl. accordingly.
