my dad recently bought my little brother a baja 50cc....it is for my little brother but since hes only 2 years old..i dont think he will be riding it that much...so i basically ride it....the thing is that when i give it throttle it takes a while to speed up and then once it speeds up the engine like sputters and then like 5 seconds later it gains its full speed....i know the atv came with restrictors but i dont know where they are so i can take them off...can anybody help me out..thanks
