I have a 03 z400 would it be better to go with the 435 bolt on or go with the 440 sleeve kit?

 

most of the good bore kits that are bolt on are already sleeved. just ask them and they should be able to tell you.


athena is sleeved and so is the ice cube

 

I run a 470 big bore and its not sleeved. its a oversized jug made for it. both will work great for what you want to do. the only thing about a sleeve kit is you have to have somebody do the machine work to install the sleeve

 

Just buy a kit that has the sleeve already in it. Go with the athena 434cc. 6cc is not noticable power.
