racing clutch for warrior
#2
You say you ride really hard, and already fried your clutch on a 99? My wife and I have a 98 and a 99 Warrior, and we ride pretty hard, no clutch probs. My Bro-in-law rides his 88 Warrior like a lunatic, and last year (over 10 yrs later) we changed his for the first time.
Maybe you should try more frequent fluid changes, occasional adjustments, or riding the clutch less.

I 2 will be needing a clutch for my 93 Warrior soon, I beleive it is the original, I got my Warrior about 6 months ago, I am very hard on the clutch also, but I beleive mine was kinda worn to begin with, I just adjusted it and it feels better, but I don't think I have any more adjustment left, it is I think b/c the clutch is worn out. What is the best aftermarket/racing clutch, and how much am I looking to spend, and can I do it myself??

I never said you were "stupiod".(ha ha)
I've used Barnett clutches in a Honda 900RR motorcycle, and they seemed to be of good quality. I'm not sure about racing clutches in a quad, though. Be ready to use some more muscle to pull the clutch handle.
As far as doing the job, it's a piece of cake. Just buy a Clymer manual, and follow it. Everything is pictured right in the manual. You'd have to be totally illiterate to screw it up.
