tires and rims questions
#1
i have a 2005 blaster, right now i have 20x11x10 on it, itp rims and innova tires, question is are those to big and wide for that quad? or should i get 18x9.5x8 or 18x10x8 which ones should i get or should i just get a extended axle and leave the rims and tires i got already on them? let me know please. i plan on start racing, but i also ride trails too, jsut some extra info

Years ago when I had a Blaster, I ran ITP Standard Holeshots on ITP T9 rims. The rims are wider than stock and have a greater offset, and the tires are wider than stock and squared (not balooney), so it made the quad a few inches wider for a nice increase in stability (without doing the axle or a-arms). Handled great!

what kind of racing? 20x11x10 are ideal for woods and if u race flat track of MX u need 18X11x10, because if u use 18's on back u will get stuck in trails and 20's are to big for MX and flat track.

i will be racing mx and trails so i want a tire and rim that will make my axle longer i am getting spacers form front and rear and i was thinking of a narrow rim that would extend my axle length and such, so which one guys 18/9.5/8, 18/10/8, 18/11/8.......... so which one in your alls opinion would be the best. I do not have an extended axle going to get spacers.........let me know guys please need info
