Exhaust, HMF Utility or FMF Powerline. I hear the HMF Utility gives the best gains altho it can be a bit loud. You can always add a quiet core from HMF to make it quieter. Big Gun, Pro Circuit, and Supertrapp all make exhausts for the Grizz as well.

Jets, you can either get a Dynojet kit or just order larger stock jets from your dealer which are cheaper. You can also check out Dial-a-Jet, which is a bit more but allows you to fine tune the jetting without opening up your carb. Once its installed, you never have to change the jets again just tune it from the outside.

Air filter will be needed as well, TwinAir, Uni, and K&N make aftermarket ones for the Grizz. The TwinAir would be your best bet as far as quality goes, the K&N is a gauze type which can let in more air but also dust. The Uni and TwinAir are foam, and give better protection.

Clutch kits don't affect motor performance, just how it gets to the ground. They are a good idea if you run big heavy tires. The Grizz uses a wet clutch system, so if you only want to clutch it a bit you can buy secondary springs which will help the belt stay tight, as well as help back-shifting and give stronger engine braking. You can also add clutch weights, lighter ones make it rev harder. Wet clutch springs will raise engagement RPM's. Basically Wet clutch springs will make the clutch engage or 'grab' at a higher RPM, giving better low-end with big heavy tires. EPI, Dalton, and I think Hauck Powersports make clutch kits.

Hope this helps.

I've got the HMF utility exhaust on my Grizzly and didn't notice a huge gain in performance. I had a buddy look at it too, and he didn't think it even needed to be rejetted so we left it as is. I am also running a K&N air filter along with it, and a big wheel kit.

Sounds like maybe I should be looking at a clutch for it as well, huh?

Do they have performance CDIs for the Griz?

Well, I never said any of those mods would give huge gains. I also am simply passing on info, don't have a Grizz myself just passing on info, you can take it or leave it don't matter to me none.

If you never re-jetted, how do you know it doesn't need it? Not saying it does need it, but maybe it would benefit a little more if you did. Also I hear Grizz's run a little rich from the factory, so maybe yours was a little rich from the get-go? Just a thought, don't know about power gains from the HMF but I hear from ppl who have it and they say its pretty good.

Follow my suggestions or not, I am simply providing the info...not the knowledge.

If you have 26" tires I wouldn't worry to much about a clutch kit, but some ppl say it gives huge gains, some ppl say not much or nothing noticable. Wether or not you clutch it is up to you, I don't care one way or the other.

Dynatek & VDI both have a CDI for the Grizz 660 I THINK. I beleive it takes away the reverse and diff-lock limiters, and extends the top end rev's another 1000rpm or so. I COULD be wrong tho.
