I have a 00 400 ex honda with a 04 kawa zx10 egine grafted in. I'm looking for custom plastic fabracators to do a either a one off body or a piece to cover the frame stretch. Here's a pic.

I wish I could offer you some suggestions for the plastics, but big time kudos for what you have so far. That thing should rock ! I used to have a zx-10 so I know what they'll do.

 

hey that quad is sick dude. how hard was it to get that motor into that frame? and is it hard gettin the power to the ground?

 

I didnt build it i got it from a associate. It's a complete chop and one off extension of the 400ex frame and it can be done in a few days but is complicated. All i can say about getting the power to the ground is,,, wheres the dead m-f smiley? It does 75 or so in 1st gear with the present gearing. I havent ridden it yet cause i never put the chain on. Its just sitting in my yard. Welding the gas tank on is planned but im just too busy to get it to my homeys house. My stock raptor 700 will flip me over in 2nd gear leaning my 230lb frame over the bars as far as i can go with sand tires on it sooo.....
