We've got a few Banshees in our family, so I'll tell you the mods we liked and in what order I'd do 'em.
1. proflow filter kit. Stock is risky.
2. Water temp gauge
3. T5s + jetting kit. Gotta have 'em!
4. Boyesen reeds on stock cages
5. works or axis shocks/+2 a-arms
6. 28mm PWK carbs (haven't done this yet)
7. pro design intake
8. port cylinder/ mill head (or interchangable dome head)

I think you would be happy with all these mods. I'm interestest to hear what other people have done and liked too.

fmf fattys
k&n clamp ons w/outerwares
fmf rad valves
boost bottle (almost no gain)
bored carbs
trinity stage4 head (16cc domes)
6" extended swingarm
renthal bars
haulers (for sand)
ported head
sprockets
crome(it makes you fast....looking)
and I just read about a speedometer that you can retrofit from a bicycle speedo. It works!!!! its kinda hard to fit the magnet in somewhere that spins about a mm away from the sensor though.
