Default modding a frame

I want to relocate the A-arm brackets to under my Mojaves frame intead of above it. I am doing this because I have added longer shocks and now the quad has a bad stance. Like a V. So I believe by lowering the mounting location I will improve the stance and allow the wheels to sit straight.
Anyways my question is what would be the best way to cut the brackets off so I can relocate them without hurting the frame. I was thinking of using a cutoff wheel and split the weld enough to pry them off.
Another question is what is the better way to weld onto fram mig or tig?
Thanks ,
Jason

I would use a cut off wheel or a cutting torch. Grind it smooth and weld some new brackets on.
The best way is to tig them on. A mig will be fine, but you said the better way.

Why don't you put extended A arms that was the intentions of the longer shocks.

Its for a 110 mo, not the 250. I have not seen any for a 110. I am thinking of maybe buying some off e- bae and having them extended.
