Have you tackled getting your quad or ATV registered for street in your hometown? I did and its a blast to ride, probably safer than a motorcycle and gets plenty of attention. You can check it out at my webpage www.geocities.com/Demetrios_37

Your shortcut doesn't work. What did you have to do get plates, put on lights what?

Yes I provided a light, turn signals, horn etc. like you would find on a motorcycle, but since this is so new for every local DMV(div. of Motor Vehicles), check with them first, be prepared to do whatever they need to be convinced of your safety and that of others, we want to build goodwill, this new trend I believe is safer than motorcycles (only when set up right)and so will benefit many.
