Well i have not started my turbo project yet and prolly wont for the next year or two but ive got the turbo for my bike already. Its a small IHI RHF 4 ball bearing turbo from a turbo diesel perkins. Ive checked the turbo map and it seems a little big but it will work on my bike. I also plan on converting mine to fuel injection using mega squirt so i dont have to worry about converting the carb to a blow threw style and deal with those problems.

I'm working on a turbo project. I have everything fabed up and I'm in the process of tuning my carb. Which has turned it to a pain in the you know what.

Just ordering my 700 Rap turbo kit now, been looking into it for some time. Having EFI makes things allot easier to tune and calibrate. The Turbo not have an intercooler as I am not after every bit of HP out there. Venco Racing is doing the Kit as we speak, then I have to get the kit transported to Angola. Once here I will give you an update, but 700 Raps with 3 mods are fast, so I cant wait to see what the turbo dose.

I started working on a turbo project with my Ozark over a year ago, but it got put on hold with me starting school again. Now that I am graduating, it is getting revived! As of right now it has nitrous, which I will probably keep on the quad in addition to the turbo. The turbo is way too large for the application (IHI RF5) but I will be getting another small turbo to put on it down the road if things go well. My setup will be a blow through design since the turbo does not have nor are there positive oil seals available for it.

I got my turbo project about complete. I still like tuning in my clutch. Its hitting the rev limiter so I'm going to have to add some heavier weights in the primary. I found out my fuel pump was to small causing tuning problems. After I installed a bigger fuel pump and a different fuel regulator everything is great.

Heres a video of me riding up and down the road.
