Dry Break / Quick Fill Systems

Does anyone know who makes these systems for Clark & IMS? I need a complete system for a 400EX, and will buy an IMS tank, but the pricing for the receiver, probe, and fill tank are pretty salty. I would take a used system if there is one available out there. Any info is appreciated.
