Anybody know much abouut the delta v force reeds for a banshee. I want to try them on my hillshooter, but thats allot of money for something that may be just as good as stock. I know that they have twice the reed tip area, which in theory should make them work, but this is the real world!

I thought about the v-forces too, but have heard from several people, including local quad shops that the Pyramids work alot better. They are a bit cheaper than the Delta force too. Best price I have found on the Pyramids so far is direct through duncan racing. I will be buying a set soon myself. They utilize 4 sets of reeds rather than 2, giving you a better flow. Hope this helps.

I talked to Arlen, owner of LRD Performance today. He is doing extensive testing on reed cage and pedal development. He uses Boyesen products on his stuff but he is going back to the drawing board testing all the new products including the V-Force reeds. I currently use a Boyesen Rad Valve but I'm going to 30pwk carbs and I have to go with something new because the rad is better suited for stock carbs. Boyesen has a new one for begger carbs but he is flowing them all to see which one is really the best. I'll keep everyone posted with the results. Mike 98 Banshee
