i have been kicking around the idea of building a super utility atv--like nothing presently on the market. this "thing" would have eight drive wheels and all wheel drive. i would be similar to the big cranes and oil field workover rigs in that it would have four steering wheels. the cab would be positioned slightly forward of the front wheels and would have a 6-8' hydraulic dump bed. power could be administered with a 3 or 4 cylinder diesel engine driving a large displacement hydraulic pump which would deliver power to the honda rubicon type driveline. all in all, it would be a very expensive and interesting venture. maybe polaris, kawasaki, or pug could do something similar.

what do you think?

Just put the 4-wheeler inside the crane and rig all the controls to it
