Installing 4-stroke pipes
#3
Evan there's really no particular steps involved. Did you get the full system with header pipe or just the exhaust & silencer?
Either way it's just a matter of unbolting the stock one & bolting up the new one. Hopefully the new one will match up with the hangers on the quad. Be sure to rejet your main when you add the pipe.

On the EX it can be a bit tricky. With my LRD pipe, I had to unbolt the remote oil tank and prop it forward. After first draining the oil. Then work the head pipe into position, Then get both header pipes to enter the head at the same time.
After that, Put anti-seize on the studs. Then tighten the studs down uniformaly to get a good seat on the head. (Don't over tighten) As for the hangers they lined up pretty good.
Then re-install the oil tank and change the oil while your at it.
