FTZ Alky carbs
#2
Depending on what other mods you are running the difference will be could be night and day. With 35's now I'd guess you pretty built and would say that in a 300' drag you should gain 3-5 lengths.
I don't think you could've choosen a better alky carb to go with! They know they stuff. I had a CT 39PWK last year and it was good, but the build quality and tunability with FTZ is 100% better. I'll have one (38mm Mikuni) on my 400 this year.

Alcohol is very tricky to atomize correctly especially in 2-strokes. If the fuel isn't atomized then you will run into rich/lean problems at different RPM's. Most modifications are simply rejeting and adding different needles. However, FTZ's 2-stroke carbs have a specially designed venturi that ensures good atomization. I think you will like their setup. Be sure to get their intakes if you are still using stock.
