Default Cooler weather...

What kind of imapct can temperature be to an atv. I have had the issue of being to rich for a little while now but this morning it was MUCH colder outside than usual. I tried to start my 4 wheeler up. After 5-10 minutes of trying, it finally started. It always has started up imediately. in the past. I knew it was not running good at all so I checked the spark arestor for some reason. I noticed that the spark arestor bolt was full of dark colored liquid. My 4 wheeler was also smoking a little. I did not have time to check the spark plug but I have a good feeling it doesnt look good. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks.

I just never put it away in the winter, I just use the choke a little more often than the summer and give it more warm up time before riding. Nothing really specail to do even in the coldest of weather but dress warmer. See my pics.

Im having a lot of trouble out of this wheeler. What does it mean when it smokes on start-up and you get liquid in the spark arestor? Im just trying to find out all the options I should consider.
